Source: International Labour Organisation In about one year, the Women Entrepreneurship Development and Economic Empowerment (WED-EE) project of the International Labour Organization (ILO) has provided business development services to 700 women entrepreneurs in Uganda. From networking opportunities to sharing ideas and gaining practical business management skills, the project is making a contribution to women's economic empowerment, job creation and economic growth in Uganda.
