The Training Process is a tool for community-activists to help them strengthen capacity of community members to prevent domestic violence. More than 25 two-hour, participatory modules suggest a process of learning that includes: a) becoming aware of gender and rights; b) deepening understanding of domestic violence; c) developing skills and personal qualities; and, d) taking action to prevent domestic violence.
